Holiday pack for homeless people, what should I put in it?

For Christmas I am planning to make a bunch of packs of goods for homeless people in my area…What should I put in it? I want to keep them relatively cheap so I can make more, any ideas?

All I can think of so far is:
-Warm blanket
-Some type of food/home made sandwhiches?

Please give me your ideas.

    Socks, gloves, scarves, hats.
Go to a local restaurant and see if you can get some kind of deal on a gift certificate.

There is an item called ‘hot hands’ that you can get at Lowes or Walmart. You tear open the foil package and oxygen heats the packs. Stays warm for hours! I use them when we ride the Harley in cold weather.
Wool socks and/or gloves, insulated underwear. You might get something like granola bars or cereral bars.
What a good thing you are doing. God Bless You.
